Product Overview

5–10× Expansion Intumescent Fire Door Seal is a passive fire protection sealing strip designed for installation on fire-rated doors, door frames, and fire-resistant assemblies. Made from heat-reactive intumescent material, it remains compact under normal conditions and expands when exposed to high temperatures to seal gaps and help reduce the passage of fire, smoke, and hot gases.

With a 5–10× expansion ratio, this intumescent seal provides reliable gap-filling performance for standard fire door applications. It is suitable for timber fire doors, steel fire doors, and commercial or industrial fire protection systems.

How It Works
